TalenTTree was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge Eastern hospitality values with Western operational excellence, and to translate both into training that truly works on the ground. In a region as diverse as Southeast Asia, we saw a gap between tradition and modern systems, warmth and structure, service instinct and professional standards. TalenT Tree exists to close that gap.


Founded by industry practitioners and entrepreneurs Vi and Shirmy, our work is shaped by lived experience across dining rooms, events, boardrooms, and training rooms. Having trained and worked alongside teams influenced by both Eastern etiquette and Western service frameworks, we understand that great hospitality requires more than skill alone. It demands cultural intelligence, personal presence, and an ability to adapt service with intention and respect.
Our programmes integrate etiquette, service excellence, bar craft and mocktail innovation training designed to strengthen confidence, professionalism, and consistency at every level.
